Petar was previously working in civil construction before starting at Equip. He had also been a temp of Equips for quite some time.
Having worked in the civil industry himself and as a candidate temping with many of Equips customers, Petar has a solid understanding of the challenges candidates and clients face. This has heightened his understanding approach to our temps which makes him a popular option for word of mouth referrals at client and candidate level.

Michael oversees Equips state of the art Recruitment database, ensuring compliance in Health and Safety and that all candidate documentation is complete including Ministry of Justice and ACC checks for every temp.
Michael also oversees the Health and Safety induction process, which we require every temporary candidate to complete before entering a client site to ensure a safe workplace for all.
Michael is a part of Equips value system, where we provide a friendly and personal touch that you won’t find anywhere else, he is completely committed to going the extra mile to ensure our candidates and clients are getting the best possible service.

As well as overseeing the timely and accurate payroll function for our valued temporary employees, Janette holds the primary responsibility for Equips team culture.
The Equip cultural ambassador (slightly tongue in cheek), is a key role and includes feeding us copious amounts of home baking, addressing everyone (including our candidates and clients) as sweetheart and darling and ensuring that Equip staff are cared for and loved, so that they themselves can share the love.
